Physios Biotech, Inc and the Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre Limited ( hereinafter “ABIC”,Location: Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin, Hong Kong) have established a joint research agreement on scientific research and technological advancement of Microphysiological Systems (MPS) on October 10, 2025. The initiative aims to explore, establish and validate the utility of MPS technologies for pharmaceutical development, seeking to foster innovation across life sciences-related sectors. By fostering scientific progress, the collaboration is dedicated to translating research excellence into meaningful contributions for the benefit of humanity.

Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre Limited (“ABIC”) is a collaborative effort coordinated by the University of Hong Kong (HKU) undertaking R&D projects at the Hong Kong Science Park. The aim of the Centre is to develop new and disruptive biomedical instrumentation that will meet the growing needs in medicine and contribute sustainably to human health.
